At Pebble Golf, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, weโre here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return/exchange restrictions:
When the return request period has expired.
When the product is lost or damanged due to reasons attributable to the buyer.
When the packaging is damaged due to reasons attributable to the buyer, significantly reducing the productโs value.
When the productโs value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the buyer.
Return Method
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at support@pebblegolf.ch to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including Return Form, and ship to below address:

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@pebblegolf.ch
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
