At Pebble Golf, we aim to make your experience as smooth as your swing. We understand that getting your new gear quickly and ensuring it's exactly what you need are important. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and return policies.

Shipping Information

1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1 business day

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and chosen shipping method.

3. Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship to all regions within South Korea.

4. International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please see a list of available countries at checkout.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

  • International delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, or if a package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@pebblegolf.ch. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Pebble Golf purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Policy:

  • You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them. Any signs of wear, use, or damage may result in rejection of the return.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • To start a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at support@pebblegolf.ch.

  • Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Free return shipping is provided only for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

4. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@pebblegolf.ch with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pebblegolf.ch.
